Please join me in raising awareness and changing the future for those, such as myself, battling ALK Positive (ALK+) lung cancer. ALK+ lung cancer has no known cause, and no known cure (once it has spread to other parts of the body). Anyone with lungs can get lung cancer. It is a mutation of the ALK gene. It is not known to be a disease that is inherited, or can be passed on to others in any way. 65% of ALK+ patients have not smoked and 50% are under the age of 50.

About HOPE.

I was diagnosed in January 2023. Upon receiving my diagnosis, the world stopped turning for my family and me. A short time after I learned I possessed the ALK+ gene mutation.

Thanks to advancements in RESEARCH, scientists and doctors continue to develop various therapies to treat this genetic mutation.

I have been blessed with the gift of HOPE and time.

THANK YOU for your support to help me achieve my goal! It means the world to me!
